Through the constant management of the owner’s family, the restaurant has been modernised in its structure and welcominig service, by binding the peculiarity of the antique cusine together with an added dishes choice, which has been update in order to please the more and more demanding guests. Moreover, the restaurant owners have been able to selct and arrange an accurate wine list which completes the refined Valtrebbia gastronomy whitin Piacenza tradition.
