The story of the Hotel&Restaurant “Piacentino” is the story of the Bellocchios, the story of Maria Celestina, the actual owner, and her ancestors, that from four-generations hand down the art of catering and hotel accomodation.
In origin the place was an inn and it had been the economic life match point of the tiny village.
In the first seventies, Celestina and her husband decided to stop in Bobbio and go in with their life and working plan. They started to upgrade all the spaces and to get to the restaurant the actual layout and its actual features, making the restaurant growing up and becoming apparent in the Piacenza’s gastronomy panorama.
Therefore, the personal owners management, the same for over forty years, guarantee a warm welcome; they lead on also the famous Restaurant that offers an accurate range of typical local dishes, together with those more modern. Good food is definitely served with good wine: the Restaurant has got a great selection in the wine list, made with passion and a continuous research.
