Our specialities

Between tradition and innovation

The menu is the result of research and passion and it express the will to firmly remain attached to the concreate and genuine traditional tastes. 

Our prides and strengths:

  • typical cold cuts, directly selected by the owners;
  • wide range of fresh pasta, hand made without using any electrical machine, some of the most requested are:
    •  Maccheroni alla bobbiese prepared using the knitting needle and dressed with stracotto sauce, as the traditional recipe says;
    •  Tortelli of different taste;
    •  Pisarei è fasò;
    • pasta made with mushrooms or truffles;
  • Our meats are cooked and served at the instant and, following the season, we can offer different dishes based on fresh mushrooms, truffles or game .
